Challenge yourself to Go Elite this month!

Benjamin Clarholm-Anton, Synergy’s former General Manager for Northern Europe, has been appointed as Europe’s sales and marketing director, which became effective May 1, 2017.

Before taking on this position, Benjamin oversaw operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, and prior to that served as the sales and marketing manager for Synergy Asia Pacific. He has been a valuable asset to Synergy thus far, driving and coordinating the markets in Northern Europe. He comes with a great skill set, work ethic, and extensive experience that will greatly benefit Synergy Europe as he continues in his new role.

Benjamin has worked in international organizations, including the United Nations in Belgium, Uganda, Kenya, and Haiti. In 2012, Benjamin joined Oriflame Cosmetics, a European direct selling company where he worked on sales and marketing projects all over Asia Pacific, including Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Indonesia. While Benjamin is a Sweden native, he is fluent in English and French in addition to Swedish. He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Uppsala in Sweden and the University of Connecticut in the U.S.—one in political science and international relations and the second in sociology.

Benjamin will report directly to Vice President of Synergy Europe, Carmelo D’Anzi.

Synergy WorldWide is thrilled to announce the newest addition to Synergy Europe’s management team. Minna will oversee Synergy’s Nordic markets, which have exciting futures ahead with Minna on board. Born and raised in Finland, Minna is proficient in English, Finnish, and Swedish.

Minna has a broad experience within sales, marketing, and customer relations. Before joining Synergy WorldWide, Minna worked for the global sports brand Adidas as a project manager managing the brand image and sales growth in Finland.

Minna has a bachelor’s degree in international business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a degree from Estonian Business School University where she majored in customer relationship management and communication.

Excited to begin her journey with Synergy, Minna is looking forward to meeting all of the great leaders in the Nordic region. Expect to see her soon in your respective markets. Minna will report to Europe’s sales and marketing director Benjamin Clarholm-Anton.

Minna’s experience within marketing and sales goes hand in hand with Synergy’s strategy and the implementation of Elite Health. She will be a great asset to Synergy in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland. We look forward to working with her!

Summit is the most important event of the year—the event we wait all year to attend. We work hard all year to reach this point, to look back at where we came from and realize our new perspective. We also have a vantage point that helps us anticipate what the future holds. At Synergy, everything we do is in pursuit of reaching the summit, including Elite Health, the pinnacle of wellness.

We hope everyone chooses to stand at the Summit with us in September!

Hundreds of wonderful Synergy Team Members gathered to attend the Back to Basics event. Held earlier this month at the Palezzo del Turismo in Jesolo—a beautiful seaside city neighboring Venice, Italy— the event featured new product launches, in-depth business system training, notable speakers and a fantastic crowd. We thank all who attended and made Back to Basics so special!

Synergy’s next stop? Summit 2017!

The 2017 Elite Honors program is off to a fantastic start. In April, more than 1,000 Team Members became Elite Honors qualified. Amazing! We are impressed by these Team Members' passion and commitment. We are looking forward to seeing the Elite Honors Club continue to grow, and to the new levels of success that will be achieved as these qualifiers build on this momentum.

Plus, through the Go Elite promotion, Team Members following the program can earn extra rewards by doing what they have always done—building a successful business.
