Her journey with the Synergy Worldwide family first began around 10 years ago when she started to take our elite sports nutrition and supplements whilst training for the London Marathon.
Speaking of her appointment, Mhari said: “I am thrilled and extremely grateful to accept this role in a fascinating period of growth for Synergy in UK and Ireland.
“Wellness, immunity and leading a healthy lifestyle are top priorities for many now, including me! As well as the possibility for financial freedom through innovative business opportunities – and we can offer the solutions to all of this – with our world-leading vitamin and supplement products and the exciting opportunity to join the business.”
Her responsibilities will include developing strategic ways of supporting all team members and leaders across the UK and Ireland and to help them grow their individual businesses to new levels of success.
Mhari is dedicated to improving the customer journey and helping Synergy to play a more meaningful role in people’s daily lives.
She added: “We are global leaders in health and nutrition and at the top of our game for the quality of our vitamins and sports performance supplements.
That’s something I feel we need to communicate loud and clear in the UK and Ireland. Our products are created upon amazing research, and there is nothing that measures up to our vitamin-packed ProArgi-9+. You only have to open the prescriber’s digital reference to uncover our great secret.”
Mhari certainly embraces a managerial style, which makes working life enjoyable – as well as a place to thrive, progress and grow success.
Her aim is to connect with team members on all levels and streamline a positive working relationship, which is goal focused, consistent and enjoyable.
Effective immediately, Synergy is officially discontinuing the SLMsmart Meal Replacement Shake and its distribution across Europe.
At Synergy, we pride ourselves in recognizing product feedback from our Team Members and customers. Additionally, we have noted the decline in demand for SLMsmart, despite its robust benefit profile. Alternatively, the demand for Synergy’s newly reformulated Biome Shake has increased significantly. Biome Shake continues to provide Synergy customers with top-quality protein, a potent vitamin & mineral blend, and an array of microbiome benefits, all packaged in an environmentally friendly container.
Currently, the experts at the Hughes Center for Research & Innovation are exploring superior alternatives to the SLMsmart Meal Replacement shake. We expect to innovate a cutting-edge formula in the near future to provide premium nutrition and weight management benefits while minimizing our carbon footprint. From eco-friendly packaging to a more efficient supply chain, Synergy will upgrade its offering in this category.
