The energy at Team Manager Academy this year was not in short supply. The unity of our European Synergy leaders was apparent as everyone joined together for a little adventure in the Austrian Alps. In addition to the inspiration-filled meetings, attendees were able to enjoy an excursion into the woods near the stunning Interalpen-Hotel. Here, everyone was separated into four teams and participated in tests of coordination and athleticism. At the end of the activities, the four teams became one team to accomplish a final task. Using everyone’s strength, these Team Members lifted an incredibly heavy bag of sand into the air with ease. It was a telling symbol of Synergy’s strength as a company. It is because of the talented, dedicated leaders at this year’s Team Manager Academy that we put so much confidence in Synergy WorldWide’s potential.

We thank this year’s qualifiers for making TMA 2014 an extraordinary event and hope to see even more qualifiers next year.

In April of this year, a distinguished body of Poland's top health and medical professionals gathered for an annual program known as the Golden Otis Award Ceremony. At this ceremony, Mr. Radek Baszynski, Synergy WorldWide's General Manager of Poland & Czech Republic, accepted the Golden Otis Award of Trust on behalf of our company.

Two of Europe’s most influential leaders saw their tireless work ethic and powerful business strategy pay off in a big way this week.

Congratulations to Eric and Kati Gammals on achieving the Emerald Executive title!

Only a handful of Team Members have reached this level in the European markets, making this accomplishment one for the history books.

Eric and Kati are Finland natives that have been with Synergy WorldWide since 2011, and have been moving forward at full speed ever since, changing thousands of lives along the way. They are valued members of the European Advisory Board and contribute much of their success to effective training and team work.

On behalf of Synergy, we are fortunate and privileged to have Eric and Kati on the Synergy team. They are true examples of leadership, and we are thrilled to announce this tremendous and well-earned achievement.

Listed below are the names of everyone in Europe who rank advanced in May! Congratulations to our hardworking Team Members who continue to dedicate tremendous time and effort to their Synergy business.
