Synergy Asia is turning heads again, adding seven new executive leaders to their ranks. Asia’s momentum continues to build as they anticipate a number of exciting new developments that will be introduced in the near future. Learn a little bit more about the leaders behind these new executive titles:

PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE

Kamphol Preechasirichok, Thailand

Kamphol joined the network marketing industry with the intention of finding success and worked for eight years in various companies without reaching his goals. Then he found Synergy WorldWide.

In January 2012, Kamphol was introduced to Synergy by Triple Presidential Executive Yun Tae Hwang who taught him about the Eagles System, which Kamphol now believes has the power to make dreams come true around the world.

“My time with Synergy has been the best time in my career so far,” Kamphol said. “My life has changed tremendously. Now, I truly understand what it means to achieve something great.”

EMERALD EXECUTIVES

Koko K.K., Japan

Koko is a Synergy pioneer who started working to build Synergy Japan even before the market’s Grand Opening. Through all of the ups and downs, Koko has put her best foot forward to make Synergy Japan thrive. Since Koko joined Synergy in 2003, she has been consistent in explaining the importance of good health and the quality of Synergy products in detail.

Kouichi Yanaoka, Japan

Kouichi became a Synergy WorldWide executive at age 26. This achievement was made possible by his strong belief in the Leave a Legacy philosophy, which he embodies through organizing charitable events involving thousands of people.

During his school years, Kouichi traveled to dozens of cities in Japan and found that problematic social issues existed in this highly sophisticated nation. He decided to develop the necessary talents to help resolve these issues by studying education and human resource development.

Today, Kouichi holds seminars and meetings full of young people in their 20s and 30s. Attendees idolize Kouichi and often express their desires to be just like him.

Ir Erfiansyah, Indonesia

Before joining Synergy, Erfiansyah was working with another network marketing company for eight years where he built a large team, won awards, and was considered one of the company’s top leaders.

When his business began to falter, Erfiansyah started looking for a new network marketing company that had four important attributes: strength, quality products, a proven business system, and an interesting marketing strategy. He found these attributes in Synergy WorldWide.

“I love network marketing because it gives me a great opportunity to develop my leadership and entrepreneurial skills and helps me focus on self-improvement,” Erfiansyah said. “In this business I meet great, inspiring people from many social and educational backgrounds who share my dreams: financial freedom and a healthy life.”

Arucha Srimaratana, Thailand

Arucha, a 27-year-old Thailand native, joined Synergy in 2014 and has since found that the Eagles System can work for anyone, no matter their age or experience. She is living proof. Despite being relatively young and having little experience in business, she is realizing her dreams through Synergy.

“I am extremely grateful of my meaningful career with Synergy,” Arucha said. “I am thankful to be a part of Eagles System, a system that can change anyone’s business for the better.”

Raised by a hard-working and inspirational mother, Arucha is grateful to be able to give back to the woman who spent her life giving everything she had to her family.

“It’s not about who we think we are, but it’s about what we can achieve and who we can become,” Arucha said. “As long as we still believe, a miracle may be just around the corner.”

PEARL EXECUTIVES

Winter is upon us, which means it's time to set our clocks back one hour. Everyone in Europe turned their clocks back the night of October 29. This change won't be made in the U.S. for another week.

Customer service hours have moved forward one hour beginning Monday, October 31 through Friday, November 4.

On Monday, November 7, call center hours will return to the normal schedule.

Just days before Summit 2016 in Vienna, Kim Bradley of the United Kingdom achieved the Team Director title, and Synergy was delighted to bring her on stage to personally congratulate her. In addition to being recognized for achieving Team Director, Kim was surprised with the Foundation of Excellence Award for her outstanding leadership in the United Kingdom.

Kim’s team knew how close she was to becoming a Team Director and pushed their businesses in September to boost her to the new title. Her team’s willingness to support her in this effort proves that her team is composed of individuals who are not only colleagues, but friends and advocates. Kim said her team’s efforts on her behalf were humbling, to say the least.

Before finding Synergy, Kim worked in the health industry as a deep tissue masseuse and emotional wellness coach. The skills she learned as a wellness coach seamlessly carried over into her Synergy business as she has trained dozens of successful business builders and helped many find healthier lifestyles using Synergy products.

Kim has been working for years to establish a dedicated team with strong communication skills. She has established communication habits within her team using WhatsApp, Facebook, team calls, and more, so that everyone is informed and supported. This constant communication creates an atmosphere of family and belonging. Every person on her team, no matter their position, is given the same attention and is helped equally. Her team is well trained and focused on becoming Elite Honors qualified every month. Currently, they are testing out the new limited-time-offer Purify Kit so that they will be equipped with testimonials when the official kit launches. The team’s passion for Synergy and excitement for the future can largely be owed to Kim’s enthusiasm, organization, and unique leadership.

"Soon after starting my Synergy business, I realized that to build a big business it takes someone who can hold strong and steady vision of success for the team as a whole and for the individuals within the team,” Kim said. “People may wobble or lose confidence, but they need to know that they have a steady rock to gravitate back to, someone who will always believe in their ability to be successful. In the beginning, I decided to be that person. Now, I have many others on my team that hold the same strong vision."

One of the most valuable bits of advice Kim ever received as a Synergy Team Member was from Diamond Executive Bart Woodcook who told her to share “positive gossip.” While gossip is normally considered a negative thing, Kim gossips about her colleague’s victories and collective team’s successes. She always shows appreciation to her team and shares in their excitement as they grow as Synergy leaders.

“It’s all about being consistent,” Kim said. “At first, you feel like it’s only you plugging away, but if you keep the faith, further down the road you will find fantastic leadership within your team that will help you make things happen. Initially, though, you have to be the one who is focused.”

“I cannot say that the network marketing industry initially attracted me,” Deniz said. “It is far more accurate to say that Synergy attracted me.”

Deniz quickly understood the value that Synergy products could bring to people’s lives and it is through sharing the products that he now understands how the network marketing industry could change the way we do business and benefit people all around the world.

While enjoying a cup of coffee with his sponsor Glenn Skamsar, Deniz learned all about Synergy products and realized the value they held. Though he was busy with many projects and running a business at the time, Deniz couldn’t pass up the opportunity to begin sharing Synergy products.

Having a background in security, Deniz started his own company within the security industry, but closed it so he could focus on his partnership with Synergy. His strengths in business innovation and customer solutions made him successful in his security business and continue to support his current success with Synergy.

“I look at Synergy as a very powerful tool that anyone can use to contribute to major changes in the world,” Deniz said. “When working with Synergy, the outcome will always be positive.”

Deniz views earning commissions through Synergy as a reflection of how many people have been helped. When his commissions increase, he knows he is having a life-changing impact on more people.

In addition to being Norway’s newest Team Director, Deniz was recently honored with his first-ever Legacy Award—the William Martin Hope of Synergy Award—at Summit 2016. Deniz is committed to helping the world discover Synergy WorldWide, a company that he said has the potential to accomplish things no other company has accomplished before.

“With the combination of company, products, integrity, and the increasing awareness and understanding of health and of the business model, we will set new world records to the industry, and I will be a part of it,” Deniz said.

The Elite Honors program is streamlining the way organizations do business with Synergy WordWide while maximizing each Team Member’s earning potential. Team Members following the program are seeing the extra rewards that are made possible through the Go Elite promotion as they continue doing what they’ve been doing all along—building their Synergy businesses.

Teri Rigby’s team is moving up, and they’re moving up quickly. Only a few months after earning the Team Elite title, Teri has clinched the Pearl Executive title, becoming the second Team Member from the United Kingdom in Synergy history to obtain an executive pin level. She is proud of the people in her team who recently earned the Team Leader and Team Manager titles that boosted her to her new position.



While her six months with Synergy have put her and her team on a steep learning curve, Teri’s organization remains positive and forward-thinking, and after attending her first Synergy Summit in Vienna, Teri said she is more motivated now than ever before.

“Synergy is the only company I’ve worked with that makes you feel that Synergy corporate and those in the field are working as a team,” Teri said. “I feel we are all together in this great movement.”

Growing up, Teri was always involved in sports, exceling in both netball and basketball. She played on the best netball team in Great Britain and played basketball in college. Her lifelong love for team sports drew her to the teamwork mentality found in the network marketing industry. Establishing goals, playing fairly, and putting in the hours that are necessary to achieve greatness are all principles Teri has carried over from her athletic career to her network marketing career, and she has found that Synergy WorldWide promotes these principles.

In the 70s, when Teri was 22 years old, she decided to give network marketing a try. Within the company she joined, she achieved the top level of success. Her husband’s job took her to Germany where they raised three children. Later, Teri moved back to the United Kingdom to join a network marketing company with her mother. Teri spent 20 years with this company and, again, became a top leader, but when opportunities in the UK dwindled, she turned to a company with expanding horizons: Synergy WorldWide.

“We’re going to bring a big Synergy wave to the UK,” Teri said. “To get this going my team is getting up earlier and going to bed later.”

Though Teri is now among Synergy’s executive leaders, she admits she has a lot to learn and makes a point to continue learning and improving every day. She is currently working on becoming a better presenter and a better role model, hoping to be more like her sponsors Diamond Executive Bart Woodcook and Presidential Executive Paul Blad and the role models they are.

“I have work to do,” Teri said. “I’m still incredibly positive, though. My mother taught me that if you see someone negative, run the other way.”

Eager for Synergy’s future, Teri is preparing her team for the exciting products and programs to come. She loves the simplicity of Synergy’s product programs and knows simplicity will bring people into the business.

“It’s my job to keep things simple,” Teri said. “Things that are complicated won’t be duplicated and this business cannot work without duplication.”
