Winter is upon us, which means it's time to set our clocks back one hour. Everyone in Europe turned their clocks back the night of October 29. This change won't be made in the U.S. for another week.
Customer service hours have moved forward one hour beginning Monday, October 31 through Friday, November 4.
On Monday, November 7, call center hours will return to the normal schedule.
