Heart Health Month

February is already here and like every year, we are celebrating Heart Health Month. This year we are also making one of our heart loving products, part of our product of the month. Through the month of February, get 10% discount on CoQ10 single units. 

We love Heart Health month! Why? It is a great reminder for all of us to take care of one of our most important organs – for current and future health. Our heart works hard every day and is responsible for pumping blood to every part of our body, so it is only appropriate to give some care, love, and attention in return.

· Make sure you consume quality healthy fats! Healthy fats are an important part of a varied health diet and can be found in many different foods, like fish and avocado, and in supplements.  Having a good and consistent source of healthy fats is a great way of keeping your heart healthy. 

· Move your body, your heart loves activity! There is no better way to keep your heart in shape than making it work a little extra and pump a little faster through exercise. Keep up with your daily activity goals - go for a relaxed walk or embark on a HIIT gym session – the most important is getting in some movement that feels good to you.

· Control and manage the excesses. It’s okay to have some excesses sometimes, but balance is key. Keep any excesses to a minimum and under control. Reduce alcohol and fast-food consumption and avoid smoking.

· A happy life is a happy heart. Did you know that everything we do can affect our heart? Make time to fill your heart with joy, managing your stress levels and get enough sleep to keep your heart as healthy as possible.
