New Scandinavia General Manager Appointed

Benjamin Clarholm-Anton, Synergy’s former sales and marketing director over Europe, has been appointed as Synergy Scandinavia’s general manager over the Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland markets effective May 11, 2015.

Before moving to Sweden to support Europe’s general managers, Benjamin was Synergy’s sales and marketing manager for Asia Pacific. He has been a valuable asset to the European markets thus far, helping with events and other initiatives that are difficult to manage from the U.S. corporate offices. He comes with a great skill set, work ethic and extensive experience that will greatly benefit Synergy Scandinavia as he continues in his new role.

Benjamin has worked in international organizations, including the European Union in Blegium, Uganda, Kenya and Haiti. In 2012, Benjamin joined Oriflame, a European direct selling company where he worked on sales and marketing projects in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Indonesia. While Benjamin is a Sweden native, he is fluent in English, Norwegian and French in addition to Swedish. He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Uppsala in Sweden and the University of Connecticut in the U.S., one in political science and international relations and the second in sociology.
