Throughout the last week of November, wonderful groups of men and women attended the inspirational Founder’s Tour with Synergy WorldWide founder, Dan Higginson. Team Members and guests from all across Europe travelled to attend meetings in England, Germany, Austria, Finland, Norway, and Italy in order to gain new insight into what the future holds for Synergy.

Each of these events featured great leaders and presenters who gave helpful business building instruction, shared their vision for the future, and provided positive ways to affect Synergy’s markets. Synergy Vice President of Sales Carmelo D’Anzi was thoroughly impressed by the turnout for these events and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Team Members and leaders who participated.

At the Europe Summit held earlier this year, the Directors Retreat was introduced as part of the new Synergy Success Track. We are excited and already preparing for the first Directors Retreat to happen in August of 2018, and we hope you are too!

However, this upcoming 2018 Directors Retreat, the premiere event, has an expedited qualification period from October through May— only eight short months! A nutrition counselor and passionate health advocate, Veronica Jagedal of Norway hit Team Leader, she started working more proactively to get to the next level. Just three months later she achieved Team Manager.

In November, John is Elite Honors qualified and sponsors 3 new Team Members, each with 200 CV.  As a result John has qualified to earn a €300 Elite Honors Bonus! This will be paid with November commissions in December.

In December, John sponsors 3 more new Team Members, each with 200 CV. He is also Elite Honors qualified in December, so John qualifies to earn another €300 Elite Honors Bonus! This will be paid with December commissions in January.

Example 2
Diego is Elite Honors qualified in November and December. He sponsors 2 new Team Members in November and 4 new Team Members in December, each with 200 CV activation volume. Since Diego has sponsored a total of 6 new Team Members over the qualification period, while being Elite Honors qualified both months, he qualifies for the maximum Elite Honors Bonus Promotion of €600, which will be paid in January.

Example 3
Sara is not Elite Honors qualified in November, so she is ineligible for any Elite Honors Bonus payout in November, regardless of how many people she sponsors that month. But in December, she is Elite Honors qualified and sponsors 4 new Team Members that same month, each with 200 CV in activation volume. Sara qualifies for a €300 Elite Honors Bonus Promotion, which will payout with December commissions in January.

We know all of these changes may take some getting used to, and you may want some time to become more familiar with the new site. Superior Challenge is one of Europe’s largest Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) shows and this year the fight card is stacked with well-known, experienced talent, including Synergy sponsored fighter Malin Hermansson. Malin is training hard in preparation to compete in Superior Challenge for the first time on December 2 in Stockholm.

Women’s MMA is growing rapidly and Malin is honored to be invited to fight in this event with so many impressive competitors vying for the same opportunities. She is grateful for fighters, such as Ronda Rousey and Joanna Jędrzejczyk, who have drawn attention to women in the sport.

“There are so many badass girls out there nowadays,” Malin said, and at Synergy, we believe Malin is one of them.

Malin breathes MMA and it has been her goal for many years to compete in an event like this.

“MMA is the ultimate challenge both physically and mentally,” Malin said. “the sport is always evolving and you will always have new stuff to learn and work on.”

Looking at the root of these challenges, Malin admits her biggest challenge is herself. It takes a lot of self-discipline to train and eat well every day. She always has to be on her A-game to improve as a fighter and maintain optimal health.

“Synergy products have helped me a lot in my fighting career,” Malin said. “I use all of the products and they are so important to me. I’m 100 % serious when I say I wouldn't be able to train as hard as I do not without the products … and my recovery from training would be a lot worse.”

Currently, Malin trains twice per day, focusing on strength and conditioning in the morning and MMA technique training in the evening. Nutritionist, mother of two, and former interior designer Mary-Janne Nystøl said her business has been steadily growing since she achieved the Team Leader title. To reach Team Manager, she worked closely with her colleague Marianne Henriksen—who also recently achieved the Team Manager title—to create a business plan around the Purify program.

She and Marianne encouraged their teams to set and reach goals using the Purify program and products with the goal of reaching Team Manager in mind. Mary-Janne’s leadership combined with her team’s diligence and work ethic made it possible.

"As a team, we work from the heart and are driven by being good people, good role models, and edifying eachother," Mary-Janne said. "Thats the way we will all succced."

Mary-Janne became a nutritionist in 2013 in her home country of Norway after developing food intolerances that prompted her to change her lifestyle. Mary-Janne pairs her Synergy business with her work as a nutritionist. She ultimately hopes to build her Synergy business to a point where she has more free time while also helping as many people as possible live healthier lives through her knowledge.

Osteopath and business owner Marianne Henriksen is one of Europe’s newest Team Mangers and is a phenomenal example of living an Elite Health lifestyle.

When Marianne was introduced to Synergy, she said the opportunity seemed huge. She knew the product quality was great, and discovered just how great it really is when she toured the manufacturing facility and The Hughes Center for Research and Innovation shortly after it opened. She also loved the Compensation Plan and had total trust in the executive team.

“I can now safely say that I found my company,” Marianne said. “I will stay with my Synergy family.”

Marianne said the gap between Team Leader and Team Manager was bridged by consistency. When she hit Team Leader, it boosted Marianne’s confidence in her ability to be what the title suggests—a leader.

“I have more experience now, and I think it shows that I really love what I do,” she said.

She loves what she does for many reasons, but one of those reasons is the joy she finds in watching Team Members in her organization realize their dreams one step at a time. Her team is full of “warm-hearted people,” she said, and she looks forward to adding more like-minded people to her team.

With the recent addition of a premium skin care line Synergy’s product offering, Marianne is excited to see Trulūm open a new world of customers that will propel her business into even greater success.

“I have never doubted that the next new thing will be good,” Marianne said. “And in testing products myself, they always do what they say they will do … The message from the company is nothing but music to my ears.”

Feeling privileged to do what she loves and be her own boss, Marianne is grateful for the opportunity to work with tremendously talented and supportive people.

Marianne is truly an inspiration to those who meet her. She values constant personal growth and learning as well as being the best mother she can be to her 8-year-old daughter. Marianne’s passion for the outdoors, exercising, traveling, laughing, are a few of the many things that make her a pleasure to befriend and work with.

One of the crowning moments of Summit 2017 was the recognition of a phenomenal woman that has been driving success in Synergy Europe for many years. Reidun Lydersen Dalheim, a Pearl Executive, is an admired leader who recently earned her millionth dollar with the company.

This achievement is a true reflection of how much passion Reidun has for Synergy WorldWide and its products. The work she has put in to reach this milestone is tremendous! It was an honor to congratulate her on stage in Barcelona.

Reidun has been a competitor her entire life. She loves sports—everything from skiing to car racing—and though she doesn’t brave the slopes or streets anymore, she still finds a way to let her competitive side shine. Synergy drives her to be competitive with herself and to push her limits.

It was her competitive spirit that led her to this moment: becoming a member of the Million Dollar Club.

“This means I have reached my goal,” Reidun said. “It shows I have been able to help thousands of people find a better life.”

Having specialized in complementary medicine for over 30 years, Reidun has been helping people seek Elite Health for most of her life.

After being introduced to Synergy WorldWide in 2009, Reidun began testing Synergy products and experienced tremendous results. From then on, she felt confident in recommending the same products to her clientele.
Reidun has had, and continues to have, many great experiences with Synergy. She spends a considerable amount of time teaching people about Synergy's products while organizing an extremely loyal team who are committed to helping people discover a more fruitful, higher quality life.

Luckily, road trips are one of Reidun’s favorite things, making it no problem for her to drive all over northern Norway to support distributors and share Synergy’s opportunities. Thanks to the economic freedom Reidun has worked to establish with her Synergy business, she said she has the freedom to take more holidays and have experiences that wouldn’t be possible otherwise.
